Very nice friendly staff

AAA Storage has been great for me. I used the 5x10 unit for a few months and was able to cram quite a bit in there. There is adequate height to stand a twin bed on its end. They gave me a sturdy lock and key and even notified me once when the lock wasn't totally secured on the door. It was a nice touch. Moving out has been a breeze. No need to give a months notice, I just gave what I could which was about 2 weeks. No problems at all. Manager has been very nice.

Used them for just shy of 2 years! Absolutely fantastic. Great communication, always kind people working, storage unit is solid and clean and easily survived the elements without damage to our things. Lovely location. Really amazing monthly payment reminders and online customer portal for when i forget my access code for the 400th time, and it's the middle of the night, and i want my air fryer back, lol. When we first moved here, we were set up with someone else who couldn't actually deliver on their promise, and AAA got us in the same day. We owe them so much!

Been a customer here for six yrs, have health problems and have to leave for now, but soon as I get well again I plan on being back, if they have space for me lol! Great staff and off site Managers. Highly Highly recommend. Thank you for everything

Been storing here since 2016, just cleaned and closed out my unit. I had to move to a larger unit half way through my tenancy, was easy to do, no hassle. Very reasonably priced for the size of the unit. Office staff always nice, courteous and eager to assist. A few times I forgot to update my payment card (after they were stolen), staff politely called me and updated my info, no late fees. Access was always easy, lighting and grounds are kept up. Definitely rent here!

Wonderful, convenient, super nice people. We stored our RV and felt completely comfortable leaving it at AAA storage. Communication was excellent. Would highly recommend

Nicole thank you Nicole she is a very business orientated professional wonderful person she took care of everything from the beginning to the end with the promo offer and a free lock and her little son was very Charming this place is a very good investment it's right near my favorite Lake and they're very fast and prompt everything seems really clean and secure and they communicate very well Nicole was the only one I had the benefit of communicating with and I appreciate you for helping me out in every way possible thanks to the management for having Nicole there cuz without her I would probably went somewhere else I checked your neighbor he was about the silliest person I've ever talked to he talks to you like he pays her bills or something so I would definitely avoid your neighbor but AAA Storage I would say is definitely a good investment thank you Nicole

AAA storage has been a great place to do business with. Ive been a costumer of AAA sense 2019.(Carrie is a very good manager, a great people person). I would highly recommend AAA for any storage needs.

I have been storing my 'belongings' at AAA storage for almost a year, while I search for a new place to live. They are very accommodating and provide a personal service that goes way beyond the general business of renting a storage area. I have been extremely pleased and feel I can trust that my belongings will be kept safe and secure for as long as they are stored at AAA storage in Longmont, Colo.

I have been a tenant of AAA storage in longmont for 7 years. It has always been safe and affordable and the staff may change but the service and kidness has never does. Nicole is an Angel! Thank you guys for always helping me out evem after hours or when i lose my keys!

After shopping around town, i found this storage facility near my home. It is not only convenient but very clean and well maintained. Personnel was always friendly and helpful. However, the personnel has changed. CARRIE is no longer the manager. The new one is rude and not at all accommodating.

I've had my stuff here for a couple yrs and the manager is so awesome and helpful. The storage units are fairly priced, clean and gated in a week kept safe envisioning right on the edge of Longmont. I would definitely use this place again.

I had a storage unit here for 3 months between moves. This place was awesome. It felt very secure, was quite clean and the office peeps were awesome. I rented one of the newer units and was very pleased with the unit and the price was a great value.

I had a storage at AAA Storage for 6 years. Whenever I had a question or needed something, the staff was always nice and polite. I felt my stuff was secure and didn’t have to worry about anything. Highly recommend it, if you need a storage.

Greeted by the sweetest Blue Heeler Dog and shown a very clean very organized and affordable local storage option. Kerry the Woman who helped me out was as gracious and kind explaining everything including a second month free! Great place to store!

Excellent prices, clean units, and everything is very well maintained. Carrie is extremely friendly and helpful; after someone had tried to break in to my unit, she immediately offered to move me to one in a more visible location. I wouldn't store my stuff anywhere else in town.

Quick friendly service

Carrie and her manager were very helpful and accommodating when the unit I had reserved had accidentally been given to someone else. We were already halfway across the country with a uhaul in tow when we got the news but they handled it and got us into a slightly better unit to make up for it. I highly recommend this storage facility, very professional, clean, and easy access to all of the units. Thanks again!

Clean storage facility. Secure, and even has a 2.5' flood barrier wall lining the inside of the fence for flood protection.

Great friendly and personable service. Storage site was very clean and the unit looked great! I was able to reserve, rent, and begin moving in under 30mins. After 4 months of renting, everything was great except for my organization of the unit. I visited my unit today and the door was stuck because of my error, packing things too close to the door. Aaron and his team worked quickly and cooperatively to gently lift the door, get inside the unit, and remove the blockage. All of my things are in the same condition and I can now open and close the door easily after I moved things around. I am SO thankful for AAAStorage and Aaron and his crew! I will remain with AAAStorage as long as I need it and if I need storage again the future I will return no matter how far I have to drive!

These people are awesome. I registered online for sake of simplicity. Waited patiently and within a half an hour a gentleman contacted me regarding my reservation. I had become busy on a project and was able to answer the call, however, wasn't able to make it into the office until the next morning, which was all good. My unit was still reserved for me the gentleman assured me. Next morning I went in a filled out the necessary paperwork maybe 5 minutes of my life, the lady and her cute dog were extremely friendly and helpful and like that I joined this great big happy storage shed family. Thanks for everything. I had contacted a different similar company online maybe a week or weeks ago now and still haven't heard back from them, so response to online inquiry really reciprocates the purpose of being able to obtain information online and actually being able to utilize this information. Thanks for concluding this great circle of zen. I might also add that this company and these people are not like others in our town that are greedy and way over charge and try to buy up all the other establishments to have the monopoly and be able to raise the prices to such ungodly rates. We have been customers of AAA Storage for quite some time now and I have not once been disappointed. The customer service is great. Bill, Carrie and Alex are all very kind and helpful. The storage units are clean and the areas surrounding the units are also well maintained. During the winter, the facility has always been plowed when I'd visit my unit. Access is 24/7. When they close for the day, the facility is locked and only available to current renters by keypad entrance. They have surveillance all over the facility as well as an onsite manager, who is incredible. There have been times where we forgot our passcode in the beginning and called the office. She was always helpful in opening the gate and ensuring that we did indeed have a unit there. They have online bill pay which is great. Especially with COVID-19 going on. They also let you opt in for emails and text messages to remind you that your payment is coming up. They're very flexible with upgrading and downsizing units. We started with one large enough to fit our truck in then downsized when we moved to a place with a bigger driveway. The prices are great as well. I had done a few price checks prior to checking out AAA and they had the most reasonable prices for what I was looking for. All in all, the facility is great, clean and well managed. Thank you to Carrie for setting us up and for being so great to us when we stop in.

I called them in quick need of storage for my boat. They didn’t have much space but were able make some for me by allowing me to use an area that they use for snow removal in the winter. They offered to contact me if a more permanent space becomes availavle. Very accommodating, nice people. Also their price was $30 per month cheaper than another place I contacted. Storage space is all on concrete, which will make for nice and clean use in any weather condition.

We have been a satisfied customer of AAA Storage for 5+ years. It is a very secure facility with locking gates, perimeter barbwire fence and extensive video surveillance. It has excellent access for large vehicles. It is well-maintained, clean & well lit after hours and has excellent snow removal services and no roof leaks. The primary reason we continue to use AAA Storage is because of the continuous on-site 24-hour management. Carrie makes numerous inspections on the entire property daily and we have never experienced one single billing issue on multiple units. Try to find that personal attention & SECURITY with an off-site management service.

This place is great and they have excellent prices. They recently expanded and doubled their size. The place looks very nice and is very clean. I checked out a few places and decided on AAA because they have a manager that lives on the premises. The grounds are surrounded by fences, they have security cameras and 24 hr access. I ran into the owner one day and he is a very nice guy. I would highly recommend AAA Storage.
