When can I access my storage?

Store with us and have access to your unit 24/7/365.


When is the office open?

Office hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday and 9:00 am to 3:00 pm on Saturday and Sunday.


What unit sizes do you offer?

How do I determine which unit size to rent?

Use our helpful self storage calculator. All you need is a few minutes and a lost of what you plan to store.


What rental terms are available?

Our leases are month-to-month, so keep your unit for however long you need. Pay rent 12 months advance and receive the 13th month FREE.


What documentation is needed to rent a space?

Please bring a valid form of government issued ID. Choose from a passport, military ID, state ID, or a driver’s license.


Do I need to have insurance?

We sell third-party insurance that is optional but not required.  It is Occupant's responsibility to provide insurance protecting his/her person and all Personal property stored in the Unit against all damages caused by fire, vandalism, theft, water, wind, an act of God, or any other cause, Occupant understands that Owner does not ensure Occupant or Occupant's property. 


Who has access to my unit?

Only you (as a tenant) have access to your units. You have a key to your own lock and are able to come inside the facility and directly to your unit. Whoever’s name is on the lease has rights to the storage space.

How do I get inside the facility?

Use your personal passcode to get inside. Enter it into the keypad whenever you need to visit.


How do I pay my storage bill?

Pay your monthly storage bill online right here on our website. Create an account or sign up for autopay to avoid missing a payment.


What items am I not allowed to store?

Please don’t store food, flammable liquids or fuels, explosives, live animals, or illegal drugs.


What forms of payment are accepted?

Sign up for autopay and your monthly payment will be charged to a Visa, MasterCard, or Discover card on the same day each month. You can pay in person with our resident manager with a credit card, cash, or personal check. Pay online or call us to pay as well.

Do you offer truck rentals?

We offer complimentary truck rental reimbursement at move in. Contact the manager for more information and details.


Do you accept deliveries?

Yes, once the appropriate paperwork is completed. Contact our resident manager.


Is the facility safe?

Always. The property is under 24-hour video surveillance, computer-controlled entry gate, 7’ barbed wire, motion detection, and excellent lighting.


How far in advance can I book a reservation?

Give us a call to discuss your reservation, in some cases we can book your self-storage reservation 30 days in advance.


Should I bring my own lock?

We offer a free complimentary lock to each customer at the time of move-in.  Feel free to use your own lock if you wish. We offer moving supplies for sale at the facility. 


Is there a security deposit or administrative fees?

We have NO administrative fees. 

How much notice needs to be given to vacate my unit?

Vacate at any time by notifying management. A minimum of 7 days notice of move out date is needed.
